2017 winter has sure started out this year with a wonderful array of wildflowers and different blooms. It made it difficult to start growing clover and sunflowers this year for providing essential good good for the bees here at the ranch. Our queen rearing and mating yard is located on the Consumes Wildlife Preserve has been excellent for good mating of our queens and is now showing a wonderful nectar flow. It’s such a Blessing to have access to this location with King Bird Farms. I am going to attempt to get on the website more and keep it updated as much as possible. Thank you all for your support with honey purchases and a reminder that we do sell mated queens. These queens are not banked but kept in nukes to keep them fresh and timid. Drop us a line if you’ve enjoyed some of this years excellent honey or have any bees questions.
